When you are creating a product page, mention the url of your image in the custom field. The theme will automatically resize the image to fit the theme. It will automatically crop and create thumbnail and larger version as needed.
What's more, if you are selling products, the theme is coded the way to generate buy now button as well. Simply add your buynow link code into the custom field and the buy now button will automatically appear on your product page. If you don't want the button, simply don't add the code. Simple!
Keep your portfolio/product posts and article posts separate. You can exclude the product categories from appearing into your regular blog by mentioning the category ID in your theme admin options. Once you mention the ID, your product posts will not appear in the blog section.
The theme has three color schemes. As shown above, the theme admin options give you flexibility to move your sidebar on left or right, change color scheme, setting feedburner/flicker ID, select product category, page alignment, Font size/face changing.
